If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for returns requested after this period.

Order Cancellation
We follow a policy of shipping orders within 24 hours for fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours, a return shipping fee may apply. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Refunds
Refunds for Defective Products
If the product is defective, you are eligible for a full refund or free exchange.
Refunds for Change of Mind
If there is no defect with the product, you may return it at your own expense. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Exchanges
If an exchange is requested due to selecting the wrong size, color, or item, the customer will need to return the item at their own expense and place a new order.
Additional Terms
- To maintain fairness, we may refuse service to customers who repeatedly misuse our return policy.
- Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label.
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items that are not in resellable condition may not be accepted for return or refund.
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Items must be free from odors, perfume, or cosmetic stains.
- Items must be in resellable condition.
