Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Gothswitch offers worldwide shipping, except for conflict zones and restricted areas. We gladly accept international orders, so you can shop with confidence no matter where you are.
Why are some items available only in certain sizes or colors?
Our website reflects the current inventory available in the Gothswitch warehouse. If a specific size or color is not available, it means that it is out of stock.
We do our best to keep a full range of sizes and colors in stock, but many of our products are produced in limited quantities. Once a particular size is sold out, it may not be restocked.
When will an item be restocked?
Many of our items are available for a limited time, so we recommend purchasing as soon as possible if you have your eye on something.
We frequently introduce new arrivals, so be sure to check back often for the latest styles from Gothswitch.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, Gothswitch uses a secure payment system to protect your information.
All payment gateways comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which is managed by brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover.
I received only part of my order. Where is the rest?
No need to worry. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.
This allows us to offer the most affordable shipping rates, including free or low-cost delivery whenever possible. The remaining items will arrive within the estimated shipping time.
How do your sizes run? Are they true to size?
Sizing can vary slightly between items, so we provide detailed size charts on each product page to help you find the best fit.
In general, our items run true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, choosing one size up may be a good option.

Where can I find my tracking number?
If it has been more than 10 days since your order was placed, your tracking number should be available on the Order Status Page.
You can also find it in the shipping confirmation email. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
If your order was placed successfully, a confirmation email should have been sent automatically.
• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Ensure that the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
Even if there was a typo in your email address, your order is still being processed and will be shipped as expected.
My payment keeps getting declined. What should I do?
• Are you using a prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card?
→ We are unable to process these types of cards directly.
→ You can still use them by adding the card to a PayPal account and completing the payment through PayPal.
• Are you using a regular credit or debit card?
→ Ensure that there are sufficient funds available.
→ If using a currency other than USD, be aware that exchange rates may apply.
→ Double-check that your billing address and payment details are entered correctly, as the billing and shipping addresses may be different.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated for a long time?
For international shipments, tracking updates may be delayed while the package goes through customs or is processed by the local delivery service.
This is completely normal, and in most cases, the next update will indicate that your order is getting closer to its destination. Thank you for your patience.
